Product Description

Concrete mixers are special trucks for transporting building concrete; also often known as field screws because of its shape.These trucks are equipped with cylinder cylinders to carry the mixed concrete.The mixing drum will always be kept rotating during transport to ensure that the concrete carried does not solidify.After the concrete is transported, the interior of the mixing drum is usually washed with water to prevent the hardened concrete from occupying the space and making the volume of the mixing drum less and less.

Product Features:

1.  The tank body uses double helical blades that makes its density moderate, with symmetrical mixing
     board on the front taper place; double blades and guiding blades of discharge are installed on the outlet
     of tank, which makes the discharge more evenly, faster in speed, and convenient for the pumping transportation
     of other devices (such as automobile pump).
2.  Low angle for mixing drum can extend the service life of hydraulic pump, motor and reducer. The sub frame
     uses high intensity square tube with damping in the central area that can play role when vehicle is at full load
     and under the bad conditions of road, which can  lower the center of gravity of truck and make it move more
     smoothly.
3.  The upload production of this mixer adopts multiple advanced technology, which can produce various types
     of mixer in volume such as 3CBM, 5CBM, 6CBM, 8CBM, 9CBM,10CBM, 12CBM,18CBM etc.
