Product Description

The Steam Tank Container is a mobile pressure vessel for safely storing and transporting liquefied petroleum gas. Made from high-strength steel, it is internally treated to handle low-temperature and high-pressure conditions. It features safety elements like pressure relief valves and complies with international standards. Most tanks have steam or electric heating, inert gas protection, pressure relief and other optional equipment for fluid handling and handling.

Standard containers: These have standard exterior dimensions (usually 20 feet or 40 feet) and can be easily transported by ship, train, and truck, just like regular containers. 

Fiberglass tanks: The inner tank is made of corrosion-resistant fiberglass-reinforced plastic rather than metal.

FRP tank containers have replaced stainless steel tank containers in many applications primarily due to their unique material properties: exceptional corrosion resistance, which is their greatest advantage. FRP exhibits excellent corrosion resistance against a wide range of acids, alkalis, salts, and other chemical media, making it particularly suitable for transporting corrosive liquids such as hydrochloric acid, sodium hypochlorite, and sewage treatment agents. They avoid the rust and corrosion issues associated with metal tanks, extending their service life.
