The aircraft tank refueling truck is mainly composed of chassis, fuel tank, front cabinet, piping system, pneumatic control system, electrical system, etc. Equipped with components such as a fuel tank, pump, filter separator, pressure control device (for pressure refueling), flow meter, refueling hose and connector (refueling gun), it can independently add (pump) fuel to the aircraft and has the function of pumping oil. Special vehicles with functions such as regulation and purification.

The aircraft refueling truck adopts the modified commercial vehicle chassis. The cooperative brands include JAC, Northern Benz, Sinotruk, Foton, Shacman, Dongfeng, FAW, JAC, etc. In addition to the provisions of this standard, the trailer chassis shall Comply with QC/T 503.

Tanks and accessories:

1: Oil tank The cross-sectional shape of the pool body should be round trapezoid or round rectangle, and the bottom of the pool should be continuously sloped toward the sedimentation tank, with a slope of not less than 5%. The lowest part of the sedimentation tank is equipped with a sewage pipe and a self-returning valve. The end of the sewage pipe should be a hose, and the pipe opening is about 400 mm from the ground. There are several shear wave protection baffles in the pool. The lower part of the baffle should be provided with an aisle hole with a diameter of not less than 500mm. Two adjacent aisle holes should be staggered, and a through hole should be provided at the lower part of the shear wave protection baffle. The highest and lowest parts of the wave baffle. There should be a ladder inside the tank and a non-slip walkway on the top to ensure safe operation. The tank is equipped with high and low liquid level control devices. The tank is equipped with a bottom valve and a bottom oil filling device, and an anti-splash baffle is installed at the oil inlet in the tank. The welds of the tank are uniform and neat; the outer surface is smooth and clean, without scratches or obvious unevenness; the straightness error of any horizontal vein line should not be greater than 5 mm per meter, and the total length of the tank should not be greater than 15 mm.

2: Refueling platform: The refueling truck can be equipped with an optional lifting refueling platform, the lifting speed is adjustable within (100~200) mm/s, and the platform floor is anti-slip. The refueling platform has a rated load capacity of 200 kg. When the refueling platform is raised to its highest position and the left and right edges of the platform bear a vertical downward load of 200 kg, the lateral deformation of the top of the guardrail should not be greater than 30 mm. The refueling platform should be equipped with an aluminum alloy safety guardrail with a height of not less than 1.1m, and the guardrail should be equipped with doors that open inward and automatically close. The opening through which the hose of the refueling platform passes should be equipped with a protective device to prevent personnel from falling. An emergency lowering device for the refueling platform should be installed on the operating surface of the control room. Anti-collision devices are installed at the diagonal positions of the refueling platform. A red self-locking engine emergency stop device is installed at a convenient location on the refueling platform, and a prominent sign is set up. The outlet of the hydraulic support cylinder of the refueling platform is equipped with a hydraulic hose rupture protection device to prevent the platform from falling rapidly, and is equipped with a mechanical support rod for easy maintenance. There should be a flashing yellow light as a warning when the platform is being raised or lowered.

3: Refueling system: The refueling system should have refueling, pumping, and circulation functions. (1) General requirements There should be a drain port at the lowest point of the pipeline. The compensator should be installed at the appropriate location in the pipeline. The pump oil valve should have an interlocking function. Cleaning requirements Parts should be cleaned before assembly. After assembly, the fuel tank and piping system should be cleaned with clean aviation fuel. (2)Pressure requirements Before assembling the pipeline components, a hydraulic pressure test should be carried out. The test pressure should be 1.5 times the rated working pressure of the pump, and the pressure should be maintained for 5 minutes. There should be no damage, leakage, etc. The refueling system works normally under the rated working pressure of the fuel pump, and there is no damage, failure, leakage, etc.
