Built with a through-type frame and Q235 carbon steel tank (5.0mm thickness for head and body), it withstands corrosive liquid waste and harsh conditions. The 5,800×2,100×2,300mm compact design, paired with 7.00R16 steel tires (6+1 with spare), enhances durability and adaptability for narrow roads and urban environments.


Equipped with a self-cooling vane vacuum pump (integrated lubrication pump for forced lubrication) and Italian MORO PM80A water circulation pump, it achieves a maximum pumping speed of 12 m³/min and 0.95 vacuum degree for fast sewage extraction. Features include a 6-meter suction pipe, DN100 inlet, and DN150 outlet for efficient loading/unloading, plus a hydraulic rear cover for easy tank access and cleaning.


The reversible Dongfeng Kaitput 1880 single-row cab includes air conditioning, improving driver comfort during long hours.
