Our 20 cubic meter T11 liquid tank container is designed for multimodal transportation of chemicals, petroleum, food, and other liquid goods. It is made of high-strength carbon steel and has a fully enclosed pressure bearing structure that can withstand working pressures up to 0.4 MPa, ensuring the safe transportation of harmless and low-risk liquid chemicals.
Tank Structure: Constructed with high-strength carbon steel (8-12mm thickness, 345MPa compressive strength), featuring a fully enclosed pressure-resistant design for 0.4MPa working pressure. Exterior anti-slip corrugated panels enhance stackins stability.
Surge Baffle System: 3-5 transverse baffles (6mm thickness, 30% opening ratio) reduce liquid surge impact, improving transportation stability.
Temperature Control: Equipped with a standard PT100 temperature sensor (±0.5ºC accuracy). Optional electric heating coils(15kW) or steam jackets with intelligent controllers support -10ºC to 150ºC temperature regulation.
Level Monitoring: Integrated magnetic flap level gauge (±1% accuracy) and ultrasonic sensor provide real-time volume feedback via 4-20mA signal output.
Valve Assembly: Top-mounted DN50 stainless steel breather valve (0.35MPa opening pressure) and bottom DN80 emergency shut-off valve with pneumatic actuator (response time ≤3s).
Safety Devices: Dual safety valves (0.45MPa set pressure), burst disc (0.55MPa rupture pressure), and pressure transmitter (0-1MPa range) form a triple pressure protection system.
Smart Module: Optional GPS tracker (±5m positioning accuracy) and GPRS data terminal enable real-time temperature/pressure/position monitoring via cloud platform.

A:Yes,the steam heating system is the option configuration,you can choose it as you want.
2.Q: Do you have the certificates to meet us the transportation ways of the land truck,Sea Boat and Railway?
A:Yeah,of course,but the price will be very different by different transportation ways;So kindly please let me know your exact transportation ways before the quoting;And also the certificates will be ready after the tank container passed all kinds of the testing&inspection.
3.Q: Do you have the stocked tank containers?
A:Yes,but the price will be higher than the normal one.
4.Q: Can i have the drawings of this ISO Storage tank containers?
A:Yeah,the existing simple similar drawings of the tank container for your reference only for the beginning,will make the more precise drawings after getting the down payment,and will send this drawing to you for your confirmation before production.
5.Q: Can i make the discharging valves at the bottom?
A:Yes,the discharging valves can be at the bottom or at the top,you can choose as your actual request.
6.Q: Can i do your agent in our country or some district?
A:Yes,if you quantity is enough,no problem,the 50units for the first time is okay.
