1. The inner head of the tank is stamped and formed at one time, with a uniform appearance and beautiful molding. It can effectively buffer the impact of fresh milk on the tank head during transportation.
2. All pipelines and components are made of 304 food-grade stainless steel, and the internal and external surfaces are polished.
3. Independent tank, the inner tank is made of food-grade 304 stainless steel, and the thickness of the steel plate is 3mm, ensuring that the tank does not leak or change.
4. The curved inner tank design has no dead corners, the inner wall of the tank is smooth, and there are no hooks. The tank residue is better than the national standard.
5. CIP automatic cleaning device, 360-degree rotation and cleaning without dead ends, ensures that any part of the tank can be cleaned, eliminating fresh milk contamination caused by unclean cleaning of the tank.
6. Imported lightweight and thickened polyurethane overall foam insulation is used, with a thickness of 80mm. It is light in weight and has good insulation effect. When transporting fresh milk under normal temperature conditions, the temperature change does not exceed 1 degree in 24 hours, ensuring that the fresh milk can be transported over long distances. Quality does not change.
7. The tank reinforcements are made of 2mm thick stainless steel plates rolled into a U shape at one time, which ensures the strength and integrity of the tank and will not cause distortion or deformation of the tank during transportation.
8. When installing the tank, leave space between the tank and the base to prevent the tank from directly contacting the car body and causing condensation water to form.
