This asphalt semi-trailer, with a 32-cubic-meter capacity, is built for transporting hot bitumen, featuring a high-tensile steel frame that ensures durability under heavy loads; its efficient thermal system maintains asphalt at 160-180°C via a diesel burner and thermal oil circulation, paired with 50-100mm insulation to minimize heat loss during transit, while loading and unloading are streamlined through a lockable top manhole for filling, bottom valves (manual or pneumatic) for control, plus an optional self-priming pump for faster unloading, and safety is prioritized with pressure relief valves, emergency stops, a triple-axle setup with ABS brakes, and anti-roll bars for stability, all while meeting ISO/CE standards and offering customizations like GPS, remote temp monitoring, and acid-resistant liners, making it ideal for refinery-to-construction site transport.

The material of the tank body is made of Q235B Carbon steel. The tank body has built-in multi-channel reinforced anti-wave partition boards. There are through holes at the lower end of the partition boards to reduce the impact of the oil in the tank during driving.
