40ft Powder Cement ISO Tank Container
Application: Expertly designed for the transportation and secure storage of cement powder, meeting industry-specific requirements with precision.
Gas Fluidized Bed:
Air Bag Fluidized Bed: Featuring a V-shaped two-storey configuration, the tank boasts a double-cone inward tilting horizontal structure, facilitating simultaneous feeding and discharging from its dual storages for efficient operations.
Load:
Loading Procedure: Open the outlet air valve and ensure the tank pressure returns to zero (verify with the pressure gauge). Open the manhole, load material into the tank, and clean any residue at the entrance for impeccable sealing performance.
Uninstall:
1. Securely connect the discharge pipe to maintain a reliable seal throughout the process.
2. Initiate by closing the unloading valve, alongside the external air connection valve, and the secondary air valve, ensuring a secure environment.
3. Attach the water inlet pipe to ensure superior sealing; open the air inlet valve, activate the external air source, and inflate the air chamber in the tank. Monitor the pressure gauge to reach 2BAR, then open the discharge valve. If pressure elevates beyond expected levels, the pipe may be obstructed. Maintain discharge pressure between 1.8 and 2.4BAR. Upon completion and when tank pressure descends to 0.2 bar, open the secondary air ball valve and clear all discharge pipes.
4. Post unloading, deactivate the air source, and open the out airline valve to safely release residual pressure in the fuel tank.
