1. For each truck, we must do the testing and inspect the quality,and we have more than 30 QC&QA people on the production process and the testing process and warehouse to gurantee the quality of the every details.

Tanker Configuration

1. Euro standard tank mouth: also known as manhole cover, installed on the top of the tank. Features built-in breathing and emergency exhaust. The folding guardrail can be raised or lowered for easy use.
2. Bottom loading system: including unloading valve, oil and gas recovery, subsea valve and other devices. Subsea valve automatically disconnects the line in an emergency to prevent leaks.
3. Safety device: Two fire extinguishers are equipped with the vehicle. The tail is equipped with an anti-static device to prevent accidents caused by static electricity during loading and unloading or transportation.

4. Fuel Dispenser: optional side mounted tanker or built-in tanker.

5. Speed limiter: special speed limiter, with intelligent chip control to limit the speed, high precision, stable and reliable performance. Does not affect the start of the big throttle, does not affect the torque. Just limit the top speed, lower the throttle but don't turn off the engine.

6. ABS: Make full use of the brakes. Shortening the braking time and distance can effectively prevent the vehicle from slipping and drifting during emergency braking. It can avoid the violent friction between the tire and the ground and reduce the wear of the tire.

7.Tank Body: high quality carbon steel or aluminum alloy (can be customized according to your needs). The tank body of the small tanker is 5mm thick. Above 15 square meters, the thickness is 6mm. Tank body can be set up with compartments according to your needs.
