2. All pipelines and components are made of 304 food grade stainless steel material, and the inner and outer surfaces are polished.
3. The independent tank body is made of food grade 304 stainless steel with a steel plate thickness of 3mm, ensuring that the tank body does not leak and remains unchanged.
4. Arc shaped inner liner design, no dead corners, smooth inner wall of the tank, no hanging, and residual tank body better than national standards.
5. The CIP automatic cleaning device, with a 360 degree rotation and no dead corners for cleaning, ensures that any part of the tank can be cleaned thoroughly, and eliminates contamination of fresh milk caused by unclean tank cleaning.
6. Imported lightweight thickened polyurethane foam insulation is used, with a thickness of 80mm. It is lightweight and has good insulation effect. When transporting fresh milk at room temperature, the temperature change within 24 hours does not exceed 1 degree, ensuring that the quality of fresh milk does not change during long-distance transportation.
7. The reinforcing ribs of the tank body are rolled into a U-shaped shape using 2mm thick stainless steel plates, ensuring the strength and integrity of the tank body. During transportation, the tank body will not be twisted or deformed.
8. Reserve space between the tank body and the base during installation to avoid direct contact with the vehicle body and the formation of condensed water.
