-The powder tank semi-trailer adopts a semi-loaded structure, and the whole vehicle is mainly composed of a tank body assembly, a pipeline assembly, a frame assembly, a supporting device, a suspension system and related accessories.
-It is suitable for the transportation and air pressure unloading of dry materials such as fly ash, cement, lime powder and ore powder with a particle diameter of not more than 0.1mm. The unloading height can reach 15m and the horizontal distance is 5m.
-Tank assembly
The tank assembly is mainly composed of a cylinder, a feeding port, a fluidized bed, a discharge pipe assembly, a cleaning port, an air inlet pipe and other accessories, as shown in Figure 1. The tank body is a double-cone inwardly tilted horizontal structure, which reduces the center of gravity of the tank and improves the structural stability of the vehicle; the tank body is made of 5mm high-quality steel plate, and both ends use 6mm thick standard oval heads, which are firmly welded , It has the characteristics of high overall strength, good rigidity, good pressure bearing and good performance. The tank body is a single-chamber two-air chamber structure. The fluidized bed in the tank has a moderate width and reasonable layout, which can effectively shorten the discharge time, improve the volume utilization rate of the tank body, and reduce the residual ash rate; open on the top of the tank body There are two feed ports. On the one hand, you can open the manhole cover of the feed port to feed material into the tank. On the other hand, it is convenient for personnel to enter and exit when the tank needs to be repaired; a dust removal port device is set at the bottom of the tank body, which can be removed Lan, can completely remove the residual cement in the tank.
